Gentle Yoga is a healing experience of flow yoga and mind body connection for teens and adults. Each week of class has a theme that brings together the following: beginner yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindful practices, guided meditation, relaxation, and inspiring journal prompts focused on kindness for ourselves and each other. Poses are communicated in easy-to-understand terms with modifications and varying options for all body types. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided for use in class.

First class is free to locals, then $10/class. $20/class for non-residents.
