The Camera Heritage Museum is the largest camera museum open to the public in USA, with over 7000 cameras in the museum inventory and growing.
Located in Staunton, Virginia, The Camera Heritage Museum houses a unique collection of antique cameras dating from the 19th century to modern times. They often have both a historical significance and a provenance that is interesting to all. This collection is open to the public so that everyone has an opportunity to view these historical treasures. The Museum has a large over 2000 image collection of antique photos of Staunton and Augusta County. These photos are truly worth a thousand words in what they reveal about the life of the area.
