Thursday Night Netball

Come and play netball in Santa Luzia.

For women aged 18yrs+ who can move around the court & catch a ball. Sessions are run in English but we currently have players from 9 nationalities. Suitable for those who have played netball in the past or those who have never heard of netball. A 7 a side team sport that uses teamwork, agility and skill to move the ball up the court to be able to score a goal. Each training session includes warm up, fitness training, skills drills, game play and stretching cool downs.

We practice on Monday and Thursday evenings, working towards matches and tournaments against other teams with players aged 29 to 67 years old. Your first 3 sessions are free. Give it a go!
