Moss Henry & The Bryophytes at Skylands Manor and the NJ Botanical Gardens!

Details

End the week at this tranquil setting to be filled with the cool sounds of Moss Henry & The Bryophytes! They'll be doing their Authentic Western Swing, C & W, along with original tunes so don't forget the cowboy hats and boots for a Hootin' good time!

From the Suffern library website: This six piece group captures the essence of Bob Wills, Johnny Cash, Asleep at the Wheel and more. Their unrepentant repertoire harkens back to the days of cowboy movies, honky tonks and the opry. Check them out at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Eh4g5GEr68
It's not every day you get to hear the cool sounds of a Pedal Steel Guitar!

The concert is from 6:30- approx. 7:45 on the grounds behind the restroom building. Enjoy some snacks or a light, low key dinner as picnicking is technically not allowed. The staff said to be discreet.

Bring Water, snacks, Bugspray(tis the season!), Sunprotection, Chair and light dinner if interested.

Light refreshments will be available. Alcohol is not permitted.

A $5 donation is appreciated.

Possible walk before the concert, to follow if conditions allow.

Extreme heat or inclement weather cancels the meetup but the concert would be moved inside the carriage house in case of rain. Seating is limited in the carriage house.

Thanks Will for getting one of our favorite bands to play at one of our favorite venues!

ALWAYS check the day of an event for possible updates.
