Summer Celebration w/ Fireworks at Bear Mt. State Park!

LET THE FIREWORKS BEGIN!!!! Come early and enjoy your dinner and dancing together on the lawn to be followed by the start of the seasonal celebrations!
There will be limited food vendors.
BRING A LAWN CHAIR OR TWO, light snacks to share and a few folding tables may also come in handy. I have one small one.
Meet at 5:30 on the lawn to the left of the Inn(if facing the inn) feature photo taken by Martine from a past event.
Bring sun protection, beach umbrellas, BUGSPRAY, WATER, Bubbles, frisbees, games, cameras of course and flashlights may come in handy for the end of the night.
Gift shop should be open until 7 so bring cash and credit cards.

IT'S COMMUTER TIME SO COME EARLY to get a good parking spot and enjoy the festivities. My cell is 845-216-5011 if you need to reach me and I am able to hear it!!
(DJ starts at approx. 5:30) get ready to boogie! Possible walk over the Bridge or to the Ft. Montgomery Historic Site if it's not too hot. The Carousel should be running for Kids of all ages, for a small fee.
There is a $10.00 PARKING FEE PER CAR, unless you have an empire pass. Seniors over 62 with NY state drivers license are free WEEKDAYS. Holidays and weekends seniors pay.
Inclement weather cancels. ALWAYS CHECK THE DAY OF AN EVENT FOR POSSIBLE UPDATES.
Bear Mountain State Park can be reached via Exit 19 of the Palisades Interstate Parkway or from Route 9W. For more information or special access needs, contact the Bear Mountain Office at 845-786-2701.

from the Palisades Interstate Parkway (North or South) Get off at exit 19 (Bear Mountain State Park) and take Seven Lakes Drive for 3 1⁄2 miles to the Bear Mountain Circle. At the circle, take the second right. Follow signs for the parking lots. ** IF YOU MISS EXIT 19, take the Parkway to the Bear Mountain Bridge Circle. At this circle, make the first right onto 9W south and go to the traffic light. Bear right and go up the hill.
from the North via I-87 (New York Thruway) Take I-87 south to Exit 16 (Harriman). At traffic light, turn left onto Route 32. At third light, turn left onto Route 6 east. Take Route 6 east to the Queensboro Traffic Circle. At circle, make the third right onto Palisades Interstate Parkway north. Take Exit 19 (Bear Mountain State Park) and take Seven Lakes Drive for 31⁄2 miles to the Bear Mountain Circle. At the circle, take the second right. Follow signs for the parking lots. ** IF YOU MISS EXIT 19, take the Parkway to the Bear Mountain Bridge Circle. At this circle, make the first right onto 9W south and go to the traffic light. Bear right and go up the hill.
from the North via Route 9W Take 9W south to the Bear Mountain Bridge Circle. At the circle, take the second right to Route 9W south. At the first traffic light, bear right and go up hill.
From the East/South via I-87/287 (New York Thruway)Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge. Go north/west to Exit 13N (Palisades Interstate Parkway north). Get off at exit 19 (Bear Mountain State Park) and take Seven Lakes Drive for 3 1⁄2 miles to the Bear Mountain Circle. At the circle, take the second right. Follow signs for the parking lots. ** IF YOU MISS EXIT 19, take the Parkway to the Bear Mountain Bridge Circle. At this circle, make the first rightonto 9W south and go to the traffic light. Bear right and go up the hill.
From the East via I-84 Take I-84 west to the second exit after the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge (RT. 9W south). Take Rt. 9W south about 18 miles to the Bear Mt. Bridge Circle. At the circle take the second right to Route 9W south. At the first traffic light, bear right and go up the hill.
From NYC via the Palisades Interstate Pkwy. Take the upper level of the GW Bridge. Take the very first right onto the Palisades Interstate Pkwy. north. Go about 42 miles and get off at Exit 19 (Bear Mt.State Park) and take Seven Lakes Dr. for 3 1⁄2 miles to the Bear Mt. Circle. At the circle, take the 2nd right. Follow signs for the parking lots. ** IF YOU MISS EXIT 19, take the Parkway to the Bear Mt.Bridge Circle. At the circle make the first right onto 9W south and go to the traffic light. Bear right and go up the hill.
From the South via Garden State Pkwy. Take the Garden State Pkwy north to the last exit (I-87/287, New York Thruway). Go east/south on I-87 to Exit 13N (Palisades Interstate Pkwy north). Go about 19 miles and get off at exit 19 (Bear Mt. State Park) and take Seven Lakes Dr. for 3 1⁄2 miles to the Bear Mt. Circle. At the circle, take the 2nd right. Rt 17 or I-84 Take Rt 17 east to Exit 130A (Bear Mt.) to Rt. 6/Long Mountain Pkwy. Take Rt. 6 east to the Long Mountain Traffic Circle. At the circle, make the 3rd right onto the Palisades Pkwy north. Take exit 19 (Bear Mt. State Park) & take Seven Lakes Dr. for 3 1⁄2 miles to the Bear Mt. Circle. At the circle, take the 2nd right.
