Impromptu Sturgeon Full Moon & Sunset Walk at Piermont Tonight!

Let's catch the Full Sturgeon Moon tonight on a sunset walk along the Hudson, with views of NYC and the Tappan Zee Bridge! Bring your Inner Wolf as it's time for Howling!

MEETUP BY THE GAZEBO IN THE ABOVE FEATURE PHOTO.

This will be about a 1 1/2 hour slow/moderate paced walk with a few stops and one longer stop at the end of the pier. Bring a chair if you want to hang out a bit after the walk, for some star gazing and to enjoy views of the TZ bridge all lit up.

Bring WATER, a snack or enjoy some ice cream after at the Piermont creamery. Those interested could dine at one of the many restaurants in the town.

Dress in layers for the night air as it can get breezy out on the pier. Good supportive walking/ hiking shoes or sneakers are recommended along with Water, BUG SPRAY, sun protection, flashlight may come in handy and cameras of course.

THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE SQUARE, BY THE LIBRARY, AND IN THE BIG PARKING LOTS BEHIND CONFETTIS RESTAURANT and ACROSS FROM THE LIBRARY.
