Walk and Talk at the Palisades Mall

Join us for a relaxed indoor walk where you can get some steps in and meet new people! This is a fun, low-pressure way to socialize while staying active—perfect for all fitness levels.

We will be Meeting at the Entrance to the mall on the North side. It is right next to Golfzon Social. If you plug in the address on Google maps (3565 Palisades Center Drive, West Nyack, NY 10994), It shows the location to this Mall entrance. I will have Blue Balloons so you can find me. Once everyone arrives, we’ll start walking the mall at a comfortable pace. Feel free to come solo or bring a friend—everyone is welcome!
