PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POSTING BEFORE YOU ASK QUESTIONS.
I posted some photos to give you an idea what you'll see. Those photos we're taken by yours truly on previous trips.
PROPOSED ITINERARY - Subject to change due to weather and other random reasons. :) I do not post all the trail names and details because at great expense I've researched and walked these trails in order for my guests to get the most out of their stay and don't wish to "give away" all that I've worked hard to create.
DAY 1 - Saturday
Airport arrival - take a super scenic ride to our condos.
Grocery stop for provisions on the way
Arrive at the Condos about 4pm.
Dinner downtown somewhere.
DAY 2 - Sunday
A good day to relax, acclimate to the altitude and make our plan for the week.
Group breakfast and group meeting to go over the weeks agenda.
Sunset wine and cheese spread at one of two scenic Vistas nearby.
DAY 3 - 7
Depending on the weather and other factors we'll schedule the week as we get closer but here is a list of activities
- Sunrise hike to the iconic Delicate Arch (see main event photo) Distance 3.2 miles. Elevation Gain 629 feet. Rated Moderate. Elevation - 4200-4850 feet. Duration approx 3 hours. After this Other Optional hikes in Arches
Hike at Windows, Turret and Double Arch Trails. Total Distance about 4 Miles. Elevation Gain is only about 4-500 feet if we do all the trails. Lowest Elevation in this area of the park is about 5200 ft. Duration Approx 3 hours.
There are several other trails we can do on our third day. Some with more arches and lush valleys ( well lush for the desert)
Optional more difficult hike
Travel to Canyonlands National park, Needles District, for what I've heard called "One of the Top 5 Hikes on the planet" Distance 10.4 Miles, Elevation Gain 2000 ft total. Elevation 5100-5800 feet.
Time will be available shop and explore downtown Moab. There are several shops and museums to entertain you.
Optional Activities - At additional expense
On the Colorado - White Water Rafting, Kayaking, jet boat rides
On the trails - Mountain /Ebike tour, Sunset Jeep/UTV rides & hot air balloon rides.
DAY 8 - Saturday
Checkout is at 10 am. If you're in the Van, we will take the scenic route back to the airport and stop along the way for lunch at a nice place on the Colorado river.
LODGING
Available on this trip to Utah are 3 units each with 3 Bedroom and 2.5 baths. Each has a similar layout and are all in the same complex within walking distance from each other. These condos are about 5 miles from downtown Moab in The Spanish Valley. It's a residential area and convenient to all of our activities.
The bedrooms in each unit consists of a
BR 1 - master Suite with 1 king bed & full bath.
BR2 - 1 queen sized bed and shared Bath.
BR3 - 2 twin beds and shared Bath.
Each Unit has
- fully stocked kitchen
- half bath
- living room
- laundry
- outdoor patio w/ grill.
There is also a Heated Hot Tub and Non heated pool in the complex that is available until 9 pm each day.
RATES POSTED - are from last trip. I'll try to keep them the same. I'll update as I get everything booked.

Double Occupancy - $1350 each - Deposit $675

Ground transportation to & from the Airport (if you arrive/depart w/in an hour of the posted flight times.
7 Nights 8 Days per above housing details.
Ground Transportation to the 3 group activities. More if available but not guaranteed.

Box lunch supplies for 3 group day
Hiking Guide for those 3 days. More if available.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds for 48 hours after deposit.
After that Full refunds if I can find a replacement. I've been able too every time it's come up before but it's not guaranteed.
