Welcome to the Rockville 20s - 30s Writing Meetup Group! This group is for those in the Rockville and surrounding area who share a passion for writing. Whether you're a seasoned writer or just getting started - writing a novel, poetry, essays, or any other form of writing, this group is perfect for anyone looking to connect with like-minded individuals to meet up and sit and write together, share ideas, and receive constructive feedback on their work (if wanted).
Ideally, these groups will be small - no more than five people per session. We can meet at a cafe or the library where we can choose to share what we might be working on and then write quietly for about an hour. No pressure to share. Just being around other writers is helpful in reaching writing goals.
