Speak, Share, Heal: An Evening of Empowerment

Hi, I am excited to announce that we, Rossana and Maura, are hosting the very first RVC Women: She Speaks, She Heals event.
We want to meet and get to know each other. The goal is to create a group of women who want to share experiences, to overcome obstacles, and to create great success in our lives. Let's learn from each other. The capacity of this event is limited. So please sign up as soon as possible. The location will be in RVC, details will be provided in the next week.

1. Group Guidelines for a Safe and Supportive Environment
2. Confidentiality:

• What is shared in the group stays in the group.
• All members agree not to disclose information shared by others outside the group.

2. Respect:

• Listen actively and give everyone a chance to speak.
• Avoid interrupting; allow each person to complete their thoughts.

3. Non-Judgmental Approach:

• Embrace diversity and differences in opinions and experiences.
• Aim to understand rather than judge the perspectives shared.

4. Commitment to Growth:

• Be open to feedback and self-reflection.
• Encourage a culture of empowerment and mutual learning.

5. Boundaries:

• Respect personal boundaries and do not pressure anyone to share more than they are comfortable with.

6. Gratitude and Positivity:

• Cultivate an environment of gratitude and look for positive aspects in each interaction.
• Celebrate successes and progress, however small.
