Walk, Connect & Breathe — Fire Island Beach Circle 🌊

[Hey ladies! 👋 Come join us for a beautiful Sunday evening on Fire Island — where we walk, breathe, laugh, and connect. This is a judgment-free space for women over 30 who are ready to have fun, get some movement in, make new friends, and share real conversations on the beach. No fancy gear, no pressure — just good energy and good company. ✨ TWO WAYS TO JOIN: 🥾 Join the Full Walk — Meet at 4:00 PM We'll meet at Field 5 in Robert Moses State Park and walk the beautiful boardwalk path to the Fire Island Lighthouse, then continue to the charming village of Kismet. We return along the ocean beach. About 3 miles round trip — a moderate-plus walk. Totally worth it! 🌅 Beach Circle Only — Join us at 6:00 PM Not feeling the walk? No problem! Meet us on the beach at Field 5 at 6 PM for our circle — we'll sit, share, chat, and enjoy the golden hour together.
