What we’re about
Join us for quiet and simple grounded practice in community. We meet rain or shine in a warm and welcoming environment. We encourage each other and are friends on the path of peace.
Who we are
We have been meeting since 2024 and welcome newcomers to meditation; we typically gather with 6–12 practitioners for seated and walking Zen meditation, tea and poetry at the end. The guiding teacher offers beginning instruction the first 5 minutes.
What we do
Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm: 10 minutes of silent meditation, walking meditation, and another 20 minutes of silent meditation, followed by tea, poetry and sharing before heading home. We sit in chairs. Look for the green sign on the front door of the church.
We have been meeting together since 2024; no obligation. Come the days you can. Try it it's freely offered.
