What we’re about

We offer simple meditation in a traditional Zen format, for all people. Interfaith, all abilities.

The practice is simple--silence, mindfulness, walking, and breathing. This group is led by authorized meditation instructor Martine Palmiter and Zen Teacher. For our other practice times Sunday evening, see HERE

We meet weekly for one hour to practice simple silent mindful meditation and walking meditation. Short encouragement talk and walking meditation.
