This class is a great place for anyone who is interested in the therapuetic and transformative practices of breathwork, meditation and physical movement.

Your Breath Shall Set You Free


In this class you will learn how to properly breath for health and longevity.

You will learn a transformative daily practice that will empower you to optimize the health of every cell in your body.

You will learn recovery techniques that will boost your heart rate variability & increase your resilience to stress.

We will then explore how to use these techniques during exercise and guided meditations to create physical & mental harmony.


Movement is Medicine


Discover the truly transformative and healing benefits of developing a movement practice that works for you.

We will explore concepts of mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, rhythm, coordination and communication.

We use our movement practice to encourage life long learning and adaptability.

We use play and movement games to reach fully engaged flow states that inspire creativity and ingenuity.

Each event will be a perfect blend of breathwork and movement.

We will use music heighten the experience.

We create a safe and sacred space. This class is open to any curious soul who is open to learning.
