The class format will be as follows.

  2. Apply these specific techniques to physical movement and exercise.
  3. Relax into a guided breath work meditation to integrate your experience.
  4. Leave with a new found sense of heightened energy, awareness and vitality.

Please bring a Yoga mat and some water.
