Phil Clark, CIH, CSP is the Founder and CEO of Omitz, where he supports engineers, safety leaders, and energy organizations in the safe deployment of modern energy systems. With a background in industrial hygiene, process safety, and energy-storage hazard management, Phil has worked extensively with hydrogen and battery energy storage codes, including NFPA 855 and related standards. He is known for translating complex technical requirements into practical guidance for real-world projects. Today, he focuses on helping teams navigate emerging risks in battery storage through training, consulting, and applied AI tools for EHS professionals.
