RMSM #135 Online Meetup: Intro to Ableton Drift + Live 11.3 MPE Tips

This online event will be an introduction to Ableton's newest synthesizer called Drift by Mark Mosher who worked as a freelance sound designer on Drift with the Ableton Berlin sound team.

Drift, which comes with ALL versions of Ableton Live including Lite and Intro, is a versatile synthesizer with intuitive controls and a simple interface. Based on subtractive synthesis, Drift has been built for quick and easy sound design while using minimal CPU resources. It is inspired by classic hardware but borrowing heavily from modern synths and can create a very wide range of sounds.

Drift is MPE compatible, so Mark will also offer some tips on creating and performing with MPE presets including some tips for Wavetable, Sampler, Simpler and applying MPE to any Live Device.
