CANCELLED -- Lunch & (free) Museum Exploration!

Women, I look forward to meeting each of you!

Friday, March 21st will be our first event. This will be an easygoing, low stress, low cost afternoon... and a nice way to begin the weekend!

Let's get OTC (off the couch) and meet for lunch at Wesner's Grill, 117 W. Chestnut Street in Rogers. Let's get to know each other over a meal, and then visit the Rogers History Museum (which is free)! 313 S. 2nd Street in Rogers. There is a traveling art exhibit at the museum through April 12th. Wesner's is the oldest restaurant in this area, and will get us in a reminiscing mood before we learn the history of the area. Breakfast is served all day at Wesner's.

I typically eat very healthy food, and Wesner's still works for me. They have salads and muffins, juices, cottage cheese & peaches.

Tables at Wesner's are small. If we can't all sit together at one table, we can swap seats after the last morsel of food, to get a chance to meet each person. Musical chairs....

The museum is a 2 minute drive away. The museum said it's quietest between 1: 00 - 3:00. We will see! Maybe once we arrive, it won't be so quiet! Let's find out!

The truth is, we're all just looking for some new friends and some fun things to do, and we're all hoping to be comfortable in the process. I will do my best to set that "comfy tone" and help everyone feel welcome. No need to dress up - but you can if you want to!
