Writers Meet-Up
The Friends of the Logan Square Library are hosting a workshop for writers looking for critical feedback, to improve writing skills, and to meet with other writers.

Bring yourself, your preferred writing implements, and a sample of your writing on the theme: Sense of Place.

The Meet-Up will be on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Local Square Library, 3030 West Fullerton.

Agenda:

1. Introduction: Meet and greet writers in this group.
2. Instruction: Discuss the topic theme, Sense of Place, read aloud, and discuss your short story.
3. Practice: Setting aside 15 minutes for you to write, establish critique rules; read aloud your work and the work of others.
4. Conclusion: Share existing projects, goals, and sign up for future workshops.
