Cookout at Lithia Park. All ages welcome!

Please join us for a free public cookout featuring hot dogs, potato salad, iced tea, and more on Saturday, July 19, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon. We will be gathering on the grass near the playground and bathrooms.

There will be cornhole and conversation as we gather to meet new people and spend time with friends and family we already know. You can bring your own grillables if you prefer something besides hot dogs.

The intention is to gather as a community, so anyone wanting to gather in this way is welcome. Children and families are welcome, and people of all ages are encouraged to attend. You can stop by anytime between 5 and 8 pm to stay as long as you like. Please bring your camp chairs if you wish to sit.

These gatherings typically involve sharing what is going on in each other's lives. There tend to be some people who are the same and others who are different at each event. Participants typically leave feeling connected and like they had a good time. The group is very welcoming to anyone who decides to attend.

These gatherings have been held for the past year and are now shared on Meetup, Facebook, and community calendars. Please feel free to invite additional people who wish to gather as a community.
