Roleplaying at Marshalswick Library
Details
Join us at Marshalswick Library for all manner of roleplaying fun! We run one-off sessions using various different systems. Whatever your experience level everyone is welcome - no prior knowledge of any system is required, just turn up and play! Entry is just £4 and we hope to see you there.
There is free parking either in the car park between the library and Marks and Spencers, or in the car park at the rear of the library accessed though a drive on the left.
Games available will include:
Blades in the Dark: a heist is planned and generated at the table and then run through with frequent flashbacks and twists to the narrative, a la the Oceans Eleven film. All set in a whalepunk dystopian night-realm.
Call of Cthulhu: a horror RPG where players take on the role of “investigators” - ordinary people who uncover cosmic horrors. Survival is unlikely and madness a constant threat. In this one-shot inspired by a true story, players will take on the role of British colonists who find their dominion in the New World threaten by horrors beyond their imagination. Trigger warnings: violence, gore, colonisation, suicide, implied-ableism.
And of course our ever-popular Beginners D&D!
