hike the ridge from downtown June lake to the ski area and back

We will hike the ridge above the town of June lake to the ski area with spectacular views of the June lakes basins many lakes and beyond, we will have lunch at one of the vistas on the return back. there are switchbacks to reach the ridge and then the hike is relativity flat along the ridge and mostly shaded. We will meet at the parking lot just past the June Lake junction store and then carpool to the trail head.
