About us

If you have ever wanted to learn how to longboard but felt intimidated by the learning curve, this group is for you. We are a casual collective of folks focused on getting comfortable on four wheels in a low-pressure environment. Whether you have never stepped on a board before or are just getting back into it after a long break, our goal is to help you build confidence, learn the basics of pushing, stopping, and turning, and meet some new people while we are at it.

We meet regularly at local flat spots and parks to practice our skills together. There is no judgment here and no requirement to have fancy gear or advanced tricks. Just bring your board, a helmet, and a willingness to fall a few times while we learn the ropes. We keep things social and supportive, so come hang out, share some tips, and enjoy some time outdoors with a group of people who are all at the same starting line.
