Welcome to the Rolling With Friends Sushi Making Club. I started this group because I love the process of making sushi almost as much as I love eating it, and I realized it is much more fun to do with a group than by yourself. Whether you have never held a bamboo mat before or you already have a bit of practice, this is a place to learn, share tips, and get comfortable with the basics of rolling your own at home.
We host regular gatherings where we focus on different techniques, from prepping the perfect vinegared rice to mastering simple rolls and nigiri. It is a very casual, hands-on environment, so come prepared to get a little messy and learn as we go.
