Through guided movement and immersive sound, this session invites you to release stagnation, activate your voice, and step into a new cycle with clarity and courage. Expect a gentle yet energising journey—where breath, rhythm, and vibration support you in coming back to your instinct, your truth, your beginning.
This is a space to move, to feel, and to start again—just as you are.
