Time to Talk About the Roman Empire 🏛️

How often do you think about the Roman Empire?
And how often do you actually get to talk about it?

Let’s change that.

This is an offline group in Lisbon for people who enjoy talking about history, different eras, wars, empires, culture, religion, politics, and all those subjects that somehow become much more interesting over a drink than they ever were in a classroom.

You don’t need to be a historian or remember every date from school. Curiosity is enough.

We’ll meet in Lisbon, get to know each other, and talk about everything from ancient Rome to whatever historical rabbit hole we happen to fall into.

And we’ll start with a simple question:
If you could live for one year in any historical era, which one would you choose - and why?
