What we’re about
The Romance Writers of Australia has created a Meet-up presence to bring together writers from across Australia who are interested in romance writing, romance novels, and our organisation.
These met-ups are best suited for writers of the romance genre in all its different subgenres (historical romance, romantasy, paranormal romance, etc.) to come together and discuss all things romance writing, publishing, marketing, networking, and overall to connect with local writers and refill the creative well.

This group is not designed for writers of other genres or non-fiction (memoir, sci-fi, non-fiction, screenwriting, poetry, etc.) We encourage romance writers to attend and see if our group fits what they're looking for.
Please note that, while this is a mostly female organisation, the RWA is a diverse and inclusive organisation. We're committed to growing a safe and inclusive community that welcomes and supports all people, including those with diverse sexualities and genders.
