UCCRA meetings are open to the public and I plan to attend this one. A $100 million system obligating a 20 year contract with the builder is under study. You can hear what is happening live or on YouTube. The Legislature and UCCRA are working together to manage our waste now that it is an economic imperative. While Zero Waste has been the goal for decades, time is running out to implement a workable plan.
