How to talk about what really matters, with our true feelings and values, so we feel fully heard and able to ask for what we want! Human beings over sixteen years old are all welcome. We'll use Nonviolent Communication as founded by Marshall Rosenberg, practise choosing a compassionate way of conversation and bring ourselves beyond upsets, fights, judgments, blaming and criticism. We'll share our uppermost thoughts that are alive in us, we'll move, talk, draw, reflect, write, ask questions to explore how understanding our needs can transform our painful experiences.
