Relating with myself and with others. Getting stuck in rough feelings? Empathy!

Details
I was thinking about the times when we find ourselves unable to get hold of kindness or tolerance. Instead, we find irritation, annoyance, frustration and fling our hands in the air. Can we distinguish between "What am I holding that's my stuff?" and "What's the other person grappling with?" Where can we find a place for self-compassion and tenderness, for the feelings we wish were easier to have. Where are these feelings coming from? How can we soften them, before we act out of fear or annoyance?
Do join me and we'll explore how our bodies hold onto pain and how we can process it before hurting ourselves more or hurting someone else.
Write me a message and let me know what you'd like to explore too.
I'll have a giraffe and the NVC book so you can find me.
