Fresh Air Rooftop Yoga

Hello beautiful souls!

This summer, you’re invited to join our magical Sunset Yoga & Mindfulness sessions high above Seefeld on a hidden rooftop Shala. Every TUESDAY evening, we gather under the open sky for a soulful blend of Vinyasa, Hatta and Restorative Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, all while the sun dips below the horizon.

Led by experienced and heart centered instructors, this class is more than just yoga, it’s a weekly ritual to reconnect with yourself and others. After class, you’re welcome to stay, sip tea, draw a card, enjoy calming music, try essential oils, or explore new breathing techniques.

When: Tuesday evening | 19:30-21:00
Where: Private rooftop in Seefeld, Zürich (location shared upon reservation)
Energy Exchange: CHF 25 per class (5th class is free when you come 4x)
