Join Root-2-Nature Journeys for a small-group experience (capped at 8 people) designed to get you out of your head, into your body, and connected to Earth.

This journey bridges the gap between Ancient Norse Wisdom and Modern Biophysics. We will use the land as our partner to regulate the nervous system, discharge stress, and cultivate a state of Heart Coherence.

This is for you if:

  • You feel the "noise" and stress of modern life and need a reset.
  • You are interested in Somatics, Breathwork, or Nature Therapy.
  • You crave a container to connect with others in an authentic, "down to Earth" kind of way.

### The Agenda

We will move at a relaxed pace. This is not a fitness hike; it is a presence practice.

1. The Arrival & Opening Circle (20 mins) We gather and set the container. We start with an intro and breathing practice to settle our nervous systems and signal safety to the body for a deeper experience.

2. The Somatic Earth Walk (40 mins) We move onto the trails with intention. You will learn "Fox Walking" and sensory immersion techniques to switch your nervous system from Sympathetic (Fight/Flight) to Parasympathetic (Rest/Digest).

  • Optional: Shoes-off grounding practice

3. The Heart Coherence Transmission (45 mins) We find a quiet spot in nature to sit. I will guide you through a deep Heart Coherence Meditation, syncing your heart and brain frequencies to access intuition and clear emotional blocks.

4. Integration & Closing (15 mins) We seal the practice with a moment of sharing and gratitude, ensuring you leave grounded and ready to take this energy back into your week.

  • A small towel or sit-pad (we will be sitting on the earth).
