An Afternoon of Wintering: Yoga, Herbal Care, and Nature Connection
Details
Winter invites us to slow down, breathe deeper, and take better care of ourselves. But after the rush of the holidays, it can feel hard to shift gears. This gentle afternoon gathering gives you the guidance and space you need to do just that.
Settle into a peaceful winter afternoon at Sticks and Stones Farm. Through restorative yoga, seasonal herbal wisdom, and quiet time in nature, you’ll begin to feel grounded, rested, and far more connected to yourself.
What’s Included
• Opening meditation
• Herbal talk focused on simple winter self-care, plus supplies to craft your own tea blend

• Restorative yoga
• Gentle savasana to close the day
What Is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a gentle, supported style of practice that helps the body release tension and settle into deep rest. Most poses are done on the floor with props like blankets and bolsters so your muscles can fully soften. This quiet, slow approach calms the nervous system, eases stress, supports better sleep, and leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed.
