ROOTED: A Support Circle for Black Professional Women

(R.O.O.T.E.D – Releasing Our Obligations To Everyone’s Demands) is a support circle for Black professional women who are tired of carrying everything for everyone else.
Here's what's different:

• • When you share, we validate first. Period. No “fixing” unless you ask.
  • You tell us what hat to wear — Listening Spirit, Devil’s Advocate, or Coach — and we honor it.
  • Everyone gets 5 minutes. No exceptions. (We love you — and we love equity.)
  • We start with a creative reset (because our nervous systems are TIRED).
  • Guest speakers who actually get it.
  Come as you are. Camera optional. Pressure not invited.
