My name is Ebony, I am from Oceanside ca and I created this group to invite in more connections that resonate with myself on a deeper level. I am recently sober and find it very hard to find sober social activities without feeling like a total outcast so I figured I create something of my own to foster that experience as well as inviting in individuals that look like me!

If you’re a woman with Black, Mexican, or indigenous heritage, in your 20s or 30s, looking to connect with others who share similar cultural backgrounds and life experiences please join!
This group is a space for us to gather, unwind, and build genuine friendships. Our meetups will center around meaningful conversations, engaging creative activities, or simply checking out a new cafe or restaurant.

Rooted Connections is all about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where we can dive into topics close to our hearts, explore our unique identities, and support each other on our journeys of self-discovery. As our community grows, we may branch out to more events that encourage self-expansion, creativity, and playfulness.
