In this session, we will journey into the dark feminine, exploring the aspects of ourselves that are often seen as negative, limiting, or hidden.

Through guided meditation, embodiment practices, and reflective exercises, you will reclaim the wisdom and power of these shadows, especially those connected to the sacral energy, and integrate them into your full feminine presence.

We will explore the limitations and pain that have been carried through generations, and through guided hypnosis, embodiment practices, and reflection, we will honor, acknowledge, and transform these patterns.

This process allows the wisdom embedded in ancestral experiences to emerge, so you can transcend inherited pain and embody the gifts of your lineage.
