Join us for an intimate 7-course dining experience, designed to connect souls, where every ingredient has a lineage, and every bite begins a journey.

For over 2,500 years, the river Ganga hasn’t just been a river - it’s been a witness to civilizations, empires, trade, migration, spirituality… and everyday life.
And food - quietly, consistently - has flowed alongside it.

Handcrafted by a native Indian cook, each dish you’ll taste comes from a different place along this River, and we’ll also immerse ourselves in the stories, heritage, and local nuances of each destination. Think of it as gently taking a boat downstream - starting in the mountains, and ending in the lush delta.
