Finding Your Ground: Balance in Uncertain Times
Details
A lot of us are carrying more than usual right now.
The economy. A job loss. Burnout. The relentless news cycle. The exhaustion of staying strong when everything feels uncertain. Maybe you've been pushing through, but something quietly isn't working.
This workshop isn't going to tell you to think positive or push harder. It's going to give you something more useful: a real space to feel what you're feeling, and practical tools for what to do with it.
In 90 minutes you'll learn:
→ Why "just be positive" often makes anxiety worse, and what actually helps
→ Two body-based techniques to calm your nervous system fast (subtle enough to use anywhere)
→ A simple 4-step process for moving through hard emotions instead of getting stuck in them
This is not a lecture. It's a small, intentional space, where you can show up honestly and leave with tools you can use the same day.
No pressure to share. Cameras optional. No wrong way to be here.
What to bring: a journal, a pen, your choice of beverage/ comfort food, and a comfortable spot that's yours for 90 minutes.
This is the first of two workshops with the same content. If this date doesn't work, a second session runs two weeks later on Saturday on 05.30.26. Same material, different group. More details to come later.
A gentle note: this is a coaching and wellness workshop, not a substitute for therapy or clinical care. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional.
