What we’re about
253 Aligned + Rooted in Healing Collective is a sacred, inclusive space for ALL souls on the path of self-awareness, emotional growth, and energetic alignment. Founded in the spirit of community and transformation, this collective was created for those in the Tacoma area and beyond who are ready to go deeper within themselves and alongside others.
We hold space for real conversations, embodied healing, and the honoring of both divine masculine and feminine energy. Here, you’re invited to ground yourself in truth, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and rise in alignment not just as individuals, but as a unified, healing community.
We will be hosting in-person events right here in the 253 including healing circles, shadow work and inner child healing sessions, somatic workshops, meditations, and conscious connection gatherings. These sacred meetups are designed to help you regulate, reflect, and root into the version of yourself you’re becoming.
Whether you’re new to the journey or deeply rooted in it, this is a space to be seen, supported, and inspired. All are welcome who come with an open heart, a grounded presence, and a willingness to grow.
