This workshop is about freedom.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:
• How to recognize your own boundary patterns
• Scripts & strategies for saying no with confidence
• Healing the guilt and fear tied to rejection or conflict
• Why boundaries are a form of self-love and spiritual hygiene
• Roleplaying, reflection, and somatic boundary practices
Led by Shakaela Riggins of Quartz Nirvana, this experience is trauma-informed, heart-led, and rooted in empowerment.
