Monthly Sound Bath - Small Group. Big Reset.
One Wednesday morning each month, I run a sound bath in my garage studio for people who need to stop for a while but don't want to wait until the weekend to do it. You lie down, close your eyes and spend an hour immersed in live sound. Singing bowls and other frequencies that give your body permission to slow down. When the sound stops, stay on the mat for as long as you need to.
No experience necessary. Just show up.
What's included
I take care of everything so you can just show up:
- Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow
- Knee pillow for extra comfort
- Light-blocking eye mask so you can fully drop in
Wear comfortable clothes.
