We believe in experiential travel and deep cultural immersion in the countries we travel to. We hire local guides that will take us off the beaten path to discover culinary gems in the local community. We believe in purchasing and collaboring with local artisans selling unique one of a kind pieces and unforgettable food experiences.
We are boutique travelers. Boutique Cultural Culinary Travel is for individuals that desire to travel authentic routes to cities they visit while savoring and learning the roots of their culinary experience. A Global Plate Explorer only needs to show up and let the magic unfold. Accomodations are SINGLE occupancy for comfort and every hotel is chosen under the strictest of guidelines. The Global Plate Explorer is not just on vacation but on a cultural culinary journey with the perfect mix of hustle and downtime.
