Welcome to Roots and Realms—a living, evolving space where earth wisdom and expanded perception meet.
This group began nearly 10 years ago as a meditation circle. It has since grown into something deeper: a place for grounded mystics, intuitive explorers, and curious seekers to come together in direct experience.

About the Meetup Organizer
Your Organizer is Marija Mikolajczak, a certified hypnotherapist, intuitive coach, Director of the Green Witch School of Practical Magic and co-founder of Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center.
This group is part of a larger ecosystem that includes:
- Monthly TranceLabs-- experimental sessions using trance to alter perception including enhancing psychic abilities.
- Workshops, classes, and transformational community experiences
- Twice monthly New and Full Moon events with guided imagery journeys to foster personal growth and transformation aligned with the energies of the seasons and stars. (starting again April 2026)
- 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions (spiritual, subconscious, and mind-body healing)
- A 6-month Spiritual Mentorship program

What can happen in altered states of consciousness?
Trance Lab is an experiential laboratory to explore the altered perception during trance states. Facilitated by Marija Mikolajczak, certified hypnotherapist, you will experience rapidly entering trance state and we will experiment with various experiences such as catalepsy (inability to move a hand or arm), temporary amnesia, altered sight, and enhanced psychic or intuitive abilities through hypnotic suggestions.
We stretch the limits of ordinary awareness—and then integrate what we learn. Whether you're drawn to mysticism, altered states, hypnosis, or simply the mystery of the mind… this is your lab. Bring your ideas and an open mind.
### What to Expect:
- Group and individual hypnosis inductions, including rapid and instant inductions and guided explorations
- Practical exercises for entering, deepening, and exiting trance
- Shared reflection and discussion
- A supportive, non-judgmental space for experimentation
- A welcoming environment for your curiosity
No prior experience needed.

This live online workshop is a space for wellness practitioners, healers, and coaches to step back, get clear, and consciously set intentions for their work in 2026.We’ll begin with a guided conversation focused on where your practice is heading — what you want to strengthen, simplify, or shift in the coming year. You’ll have time to reflect, clarify priorities, and name intentions that feel aligned rather than forced.
The session will close with a short guided visualization meditation led by Marija Mikolajczak, certified hypnotherapist and co-owner of Artemisia, designed to help you anchor those intentions at a deeper level and leave feeling grounded and clear.
