Stress doesn't just fade on its own. It builds — draining your energy, disrupting your sleep, pulling you out of presence. Chronic stress affects your mood, your focus, your relationships, and your body. And it makes everything else harder, including the things you do to feel better.

Calm is the foundation of all magic — and all healing. The Relaxation Room is where you come to remember what ease actually feels like.

What is The Relaxation Room?
A monthly group hypnotherapy session for stress relief and nervous system regulation. This isn't a meditation class — hypnotherapy actively helps your body and mind shift out of the stress cycle, not just pause it. You'll leave with practical tools (like anchoring techniques) that work long after the session ends.

Each session includes guided hypnosis for deep relaxation, techniques for quieting a racing mind, tools for managing tension, sleep disruption, emotional eating, overthinking, and chronic fatigue, and a supportive, small-group setting where you can actually let your guard down.

What is Hypnosis?
A natural state of focused attention and relaxation — you experience it every day when you get lost in a book, scroll past your bedtime, or drift off to sleep. In hypnotherapy, we use that state intentionally. You stay aware and in control, just deeply relaxed, while guided suggestions help your nervous system reset.

Can I be hypnotized?
If you can imagine picking up lettuce at the store or picture a red car, you can benefit from hypnosis. No special skills required — just a willingness to follow along. Whether you're brand new or have experience, this group is for anyone ready to reconnect with their calm, resilient self.
