MOTOR FINGERPRINTING FUNCTIONS

Permanent magnet brushless DC motors (BLDC) are the favourite choice of engineers due to their high efficiency, silent operation, compact size, excellent reliability and low maintenance requirements. These motors are preferred for numerous applications; however, they require an electronic circuit to drive them. Using specific technologies and smart strategies, it is possible to obtain, in addition to simple motor control, a significant improvement in the reliability and performances of the complete mechatronic systems. During this meeting, I will give an overview of Koord MFF technology, and some possible applications.
