Refund policy: dropping out (cancelling even for great reasons) is bad- as dropping out hurts the event... so there are NO refunds for dropping our or cancelling (in other purchases in your life- the store can put the thing 'back on the shelf'- for sale, but this is different as you dropping out blocked out another sale... and you dropping out also hurts the players who were counting on you to be there). • This is a (male and female mixed) 'traditional open gym' where 28 players play on 2nets (divided up into 4 teams 'randomly' by supervisor and halfway through the night- the supervisor resets teams again).
