TEAM PLAY WEDNESDAYS (Individuals too) Beaverton- 2hrs 5min

'TEAM PLAY' is where 4teams or in fact- usually 6teams- play the entire 2 hours & 10 minutes (no sitting out and no refereeing). There is a 42 person limit on this event (this equals 6teams of 7players).

With 4teams, each team plays the 'other three teams' 2 games each (meaning you finish the night - with a 6 game record). To make this format work, we would like 28 players but of course we can run with as few as 16 players (4 teams of 4players)

With 6teams, each team plays the 'other five teams' 1 game each (longer games) (meaning you finish the night - with a 5 game record). Most nights we end up with 6 teams so this is the more standard Wednesday night scenario.

As mentioned- we have room for individual players bc in fact- we form 2teams (from 14 individuals) at the gym.

My basketball league director & systems person- Jesse created a new system for our volleyball sign-ups; with this new system- players can now see who is signed up, how many spots are available and sign themselves up directly. It is live and ready for use! No more texting me/Mikal- or checking Meetup to see if there is room (& this should eliminate overbooking). Note that- when we say 2 nets we mean 'up to 2 nets' and sometimes we run 1net so when you pay, you are paying for 1net or 2nets; we will not accept dropping out requests based on 1 or 2 nets.

Refund policy: dropping out (cancelling even for great reasons) is bad- as dropping out hurts the event... so there are NO refunds for dropping our or cancelling (in other purchases in your life- the store can put the thing 'back on the shelf'- for sale, but this is different as you dropping out blocked out another sale... and you dropping out also hurts the players who were counting on you to be there). Restated- there are NO refund for dropping out.
