Join Grand Master Julie Scott in reviewing and practicing some of the most important Rosicrucian techniques for creating and maintaining Radiant Health. We will practice the Rosicrucian Overall Exercise (awakening the psychic consciousness in the cells throughout our bodies), positive and negative breathing, intoning vowel sounds (chanting), and some exercises for specific ailments, such as headaches. We will also attune with the Council of Solace, providing metaphysical aid to those in need and opening ourselves to its healing energy.
