Please meet with us at the Masonic Temple, 2451 Hamilton Road East, N0L 1G5, just outside of London, Ontario, Canada. The hall opens at 12:30 for set-up.

1:00 pm. This workshop, open to the public, explores the concept of "mystical regeneration." Do our thoughts and emotions affect our bodies? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by outside circumstances? What is that you do to boost your vitality, to create better balance in your life, or to engage in spiritual awakening? This workshop explores some of the physical, mental, and psychic techniques used by the Rosicrucians over the centuries to help regenerate themselves especially on the spiritual level. Everyone is welcome!

2:00 pm. The Rosicrucian Convocation is open to all AMORC members and features specific Rosicrucian exercises that aid in mystical regeneration. AMORC members please bring your up-to-date membership credentials.

3:00 pm. Social period with refreshments and continued discussion.
