Compassion lies at the heart of the mystical journey—a living force that awakens the soul, softens the heart, and aligns us more fully with our higher nature. Compassion, A Path to Illumination invites participants to explore compassion not only as a moral virtue, but as a transformative spiritual practice that leads to greater clarity, self-awareness, and unity with all life.Through guided meditation, reflective teachings, and illuminating presentations, our presenters will explore compassion in its many dimensions: compassion as intention, self-compassion as inner healing, compassion as a lifelong journey, and compassion as an expression of the Cosmic will. Together, these perspectives reveal how cultivating compassion—within ourselves and toward others—opens the way to inner peace, resilience, and true illumination.

10:00 am PST: Compassion as a Guiding Intention with Grand Master Julie Scott

Join Grand Master Julie Scott in exploring compassion as a transformative force that opens the heart, clarifies the mind, and deepens connection with others. Through a brief teaching and a guided meditation, we will learn to cultivate compassion for ourselves and those around us, and to carry this awareness into daily life as a source of clarity, resilience, and inner peace.

10:30 am PST: Self-Compassion as a Gift to the World with Cheri Gandy
Oftentimes, we may find compassion for others before we experience compassion for ourselves. Yet, compassion for oneself can serve as a potent pathway to self-illumination and inner peace. From this powerful position, our peace radiates from us into the world at large. In this presentation, we will explore practices that help us attain self-compassion during this special season of the year.

11:00 am PST: Compassion is a Journey, not a Destination with Leo Adams
There are many paths for the mystic to find or attain illumination of which compassion is an integral element. There is meditation, silence, devotion, study, ecstatic surrender and much more, but the quest or journey for sustainable compassion will only come through understanding, love and acceptance. True compassion, not of the temporal sentimental type, grows slowly and quietly and when the heart is no longer defending against the world and everything that happens, you know you are on the right path. Oneness, love and compassion are essential for true enlightenment and Peace Profound.

11:30 am PST: The Shared Essence of Compassion with Michael Shaluly
Compassion is one of humanity’s great virtues that begins with a desire to express and practice kindness towards others and our surroundings. Through acting upon this desire, compassion expresses itself through us in ever greater ways. As we further welcome this virtue to guide us in our awareness and actions, we soon recognize it as a link between our mortal thoughts and the impulse of the Cosmic will acting through us to advance all of humanity.

12:00 pm PST: The Divine Feminine as a Path to Illumination with Ingrid Young
Many civilizations, from the oldest human communities, revered the feminine aspect of divinity and nature. From proto-cultures through ancient myth and legends, we will trace the evolution of the mothering principle as it manifested in human imagination and creativity to reveal profound elements of our subconscious desire for compassion, nurturing, and spiritual evolution. This presentation illuminates the various incarnations, representations, and history of the sacred feminine mystique while pointing the way to an enlightened approach to applying its ancient understanding to today.
